Transcript settings

To change how Ebbot chat transcripts are added to TOPdesk incidents (either as a file or a comment), navigate to Chatbot > Bot builder > End Conversation and edit the settings.

The chat transcript from Ebbot can be added to an incident in TOPdesk. It can be added as a file or a comment

These settings can be edited in the scenario called End Conversation. Go to Chatbot > Bot builder > End Conversation to make changes.
