Notifications in Ebbot

This guide explains how to fix notification issues. Start by checking the notification settings inside the Ebbot, then ensure your browser (Chrome, Edge) and operating system (e.g., Windows Focus) are set to allow them.

To ensure you receive notifications in Ebbot, you need to activate them in the settings. Follow these steps:

  1. Go to Live chat: Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner.

  2. Navigate to Sound and notifications: Here, you can set your notification preferences.

  1. Log out and log back into Ebbot.
  2. Restart your browser.
