From "Agent" to "Display name"

Do you experience that when you take a chat, the bot says that "The conversation is now handled by Agent" instead of actually printing your display name. Example: "Charlotte Customer Service".

To change this, you need to go under Chat widget > Settings.

There you then scroll down until you see this setting:

Click "Yes" and then save.
